Before making a payment

Ask Somoy Travels for written service-specific cancellation and refund terms before payment. Government fees, visa fees, airline fares, hotel bookings, insurance premiums and third-party charges may have separate rules and may be non-refundable depending on the provider's terms.

Cancellation requests

Contact Somoy Travels as soon as possible with your invoice or booking reference. We will explain the applicable supplier rules and any refundable amount, service fee, cancellation charge or deadline in writing. A refund is not guaranteed until the relevant provider confirms eligibility.

Changes and delays

Flight changes, hotel amendments, visa delays or authority decisions are subject to the relevant airline, hotel, insurer or government process. We cannot guarantee a particular decision, processing time or supplier refund.
