Terms and conditions
Important information about enquiries, quotes, travel services and third-party decisions.
Enquiries and quotes
Website forms and WhatsApp links start an enquiry only. They do not constitute a confirmed visa application, ticket, hotel reservation, tour booking or insurance policy. A booking is confirmed only after Somoy Travels provides confirmation and any required payment or supplier conditions are met.
Visa and immigration decisions
Somoy Travels is an independent travel service, not an embassy or government authority. Requirements and processing times can change. Visa, entry and immigration decisions are made by the relevant authorities; approval is not guaranteed.
Prices and third-party services
Quotes, fares, hotel rates, package inclusions and insurance options are subject to availability and supplier rules. Ask for an itemised written quote and confirm dates, names, taxes, cancellation terms and total payable amount before payment.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing documents before submission, checking passport and travel requirements, and protecting confidential information. Never share passwords or one-time codes with anyone.
These pages provide general website information and should be reviewed against Somoy Travels' actual business procedures and applicable Bangladesh law before being treated as final legal advice.
